I drink a ton of water, but excessive sweating often calls for a bit of assistance. Plexus Hydrate is an add-in to my water that contains magnesium and other electrolytes lost in sweat. Plus, it tastes great!

8. Rooted Magnesium Lotion

I learned about this ah-mazing lotion from Natalie Jurado when she joined the show to educate us on the value of magnesium. Her magnesium lotions have three names and focus: Relief (fatigued muscles), Rest (promoting sleep) and Tranquility (calming anxiety). I’ve used and recommend all three. Relief is particularly great after those intense workouts when my muscles need a little help in recovering.

Hey, you can’t have a summer favorites list without listing swimsuits. I retired two-pieces a few years ago and never looked back. Instead, I discovered Sumersalt’s one-pieces (which also has two-pieces but at this point I’m not interested in that).
