This bonus episode is not one I ever expected to do. It’s part 1 of a bonus bundle of 2. Listen to part 2 for the review.

What’s the deal?

I’ve fallen into a nice rhythm the last 8-10 years with my eating. No, it wasn’t perfect, but may body stayed fairly consistent and I felt good enough.

Over the past few years, I’ve seen my body telling me that what used to work wasn’t any more. My energy had waned a little, some data markers were on the wrong trajectory, and quite frankly my clothes were getting tight.

Today I’m interviewing my friend, Kandice Harris, about the FASTer Way to Fat Loss program. She’s a certified coach for that company, but more important a certified fantastic friend and human being.

This was my chance to grill Kandice on questions I had about the program … and I had A LOT. I’ve seen her and her clients thriving and wondered if it might makes sense for me to try it. We discuss all the aspects that make me uncomfortable, and my burning question: can I have wine?

Spoiler alert: I decide to try the 6-week program. We recorded this episode, then I sat on it until after I participated in it. This episode is being released congruently with my experience, which is chronicled in the next episode.
