Confession: I really struggled with the title of this episode. If you’ve been with me a while, you know I’m a pretty positive person. And I’m very thoughtful about the lanuguage I use around my clients and family. I don’t always get it right but it’s something I try hard at.

But I couldn’t help myself with this episode. The more I learn about the impact of our words, the rougher some of them grate me.

Today’s episode is a challenge to edit some words and phrases out of your vocabulary as we consider their ripple effect. Listen in, then head over to the Graced Health Community Facebook Group and let me know what resonated and what I may have missed!
