What you will get:

A 40-minute full-body fitness class including a warm-up and cool-down, plus a 5-minute nutrition lesson AND a simple recipe to incorporate into your busy schedules!

May 10 (to cap off a fantastic Mother’s Day!)

Time:

4:30pm-5:15pm

Cost:

Full session: $100 per family for all three classes (one mom, unlimited daughters)

EARLY BIRD pricing $90 through March 30. (Must pay in full by March 30 to qualify)

Individual classes: $40 per family

What to bring:

Each class, bring a water bottle, yoga mat (or towel), and sweat towel.

Not comfortable with keeping up with the crowd? No worries! We will have several stations with different exercises. Your team (you and your daughter(s)) will be able to move at your own pace, regardless of fitness level.

My goal for you is to leave feeling equal parts energized, accomplished, and fatigued. No matter your fitness level, I want you to feel like you experienced quality time each other. My classes are always a judgement-free zone. If you’re there, I’m proud of you!

This is an opportunity to unplug and get some fresh air. Exercising outdoors helps improve mood and self-esteem, reduce depression, and connects you with mother nature. We were designed to be outdoors!
