Muscle cramps, fatigue, headaches and stressed? This natural mineral may help.

Over Labor Day weekend I went on a girls trip to Los Angeles. Chances are whatever you think a girls trip to LA looks like is not what this was. We arrived on Friday and hiked about 5.5 miles, then walked to dinner where four of us split one bottle of wine. (Just one, folks!)

Then Saturday got up and drove to the coast where we did a difficult 3ish miles. Not difficult because of the elevation, but because we were navigating rocks the entire time.
