What others have experienced

I have been dealing with Plantar Fasciitis (no fun) since last December.  I found some foot stretches that helped a lot but I just couldn't get over that last hurdle of pain and then I remember I purchased B Complete so I figured at least it's something I can do since I have been so inactive with this heel pain.  I've only done your intro video 3 or 4 times but since I started my heel pain has finally almost disappeared.  I know it stems from tight calves/legs and I think your video was the final hurdle that got me over the edge!!

I purchased this back at the end of July and have done it at least a couple times each week to supplement my daily walking and yoga sessions. It is an awesome full body workout and I love the relaxed vibe and humor while you are still getting a great workout! One of my favorite lines is "...and I will come back to get you..." Sometimes I dread my upcoming workouts, but never when I am doing Amy's B.COMPLETE. I enjoy both Phase 1 and Phase 2 depending on how I am feeling on any given day. Give this a try if you have not! I think you will love it!
