Never underestimate the ways God will show up in your life.

Last week I created a Facebook video for Graced Health. Here is the YouTube version if you missed it.  The intent was to introduce new readers to the blog and give subscribers a link to me reading the posts.  I also provided a link to some favorite posts.

If you’re unfamiliar with captioning on Facebook, you upload a video, click to caption and then edit it.

My video ends with “we’ll definitely stop for chocolate along the way.”

I say nothing after that.

Check out the picture. At the top, you see the end of my last sentence: along the way.

Then see the next three words. 

Woah.

We can interpret this so many ways, but I’m just going to take it as written:  God will help.  

• He’ll give courage to those who are afraid to take the first step in becoming healthy.
• He’ll encourage those who are tired of making nutritious choices and wondering if it’s really worth it.
• He will get the message of this blog out to those who need it.
• He’ll embrace and affirm those who have never felt worthy of feeling beautiful.
• He’ll release the strongholds of reaching for perfect eating and fitness.

We each have our own health journey.  These paths vary and let’s be honest, our physical selves are created differently.  But that doesn’t mean one is better than the other.  It just means we are embracing the uniqueness in which we were created and called.  

Seeing those three words gave me encouragement.  The last year has left me more vulnerable than I ever wanted or intended.  Sometimes I wonder if it’s worth it.  I’m not sure where you need help, but I know where you can get it.  

God will help.

Now I just need to make a video on cooking dinner.  I wonder if God is in the business of helping me prep my vegetables?
